By enrolling in The Montessori Homeschool Support Program, I acknowledge that:

• I understand the monthly fee is $250 and includes weekly lessons, biweekly coaching, monthly group meetings, and all outlined services.
  
  
• A one-time, non-refundable $75 registration fee is required to confirm my enrollment.
  
  
• I may cancel the program with a 30-day notice.
• All materials and guidance are aligned with authentic Montessori principles.
